Pop & Punch is operating as normal with all order processing and packing taking pace in house, all precautions are being taken, I am now reducing the postal runs to two/three a week and the same for courier collections, you will have notice the courier price has increased slightly, this is due to the change to collection now. With new protocols in place and the advice from Public Health England that people receiving parcels are not at risk of contracting the coronavirus (COVID-19). Our Couriers also have new protocols in place to allow drop off at a safe place if you are self isolating. Remember I am always on the end of an email to help you with any questions you have. The safety of our couriers, customers and their families is always our main priority and we are here to support you in any way we can during this difficult time.
Deliveries may be delayed in these times due to courier priority and Royal Mail workload please be patient and allow up to 14 working days from your dispatch email before contacting to enquire as to your orders whereabouts.
Delivery is free within the UK on all orders over £75, please allow 3-5 days for delivery. If you require your items sooner please request express delivery (1-2 days) at checkout. If you require express shipping, this is not available for free on orders over £75, it will be charge at the full next day delivery rate for your shipping zone.
We offer next day delivery if you place your order before 12pm, please select next day at checkout. All next day delivery orders placed after 12pm, will be shipped the next working day. - CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE DURING COVID-19
Personalised, bespoke and larger items, may take longer to reach you, please read the product description for accurate lead times.
An email containing a link to track your order will be received once your order is dispatched. It is the customers responsibility to use this to track the progress of their parcel and make themselves available at the time of delivery.
If a delivery is unsuccessful and the parcel is returned to a delivery depot, it is the customers responsibility to collect the parcel before it is returned to us. The tracking link sent will update informing you of your orders location and options that to have regarding re-delivery and/or collection.
Please note that if an order is returned by the courier due to no one being present at the time of delivery and/or a failed collection, you the customer are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
The cost of shipping an order again, after it is returned to us, is the responsibility of the customer. If the order is cancelled by the customer once it has been returned by the courier, the cost of the products will be refunded ONLY.
We offer delivery to Europe at a cost of £15, please allow up to 7 working days for delivery.

Please not Pop & Punch does not accept any responsibility for any additional taxes or duties incurred when shipping outside of the UK.
Any orders placed for delivery outside of the UK without a prearranged shipping quote will be automatically refunded.
All of our orders are shipped using a combination of Royal Mail, DPD, Hemes and Parcel Force.
UK ONLY PRODUCTS, Pop & Punch reserve the right to cancel any order where an item has been purchased, but the delivery address is outside the UK. Certain products are eligable for UK shipping only due to size and weight, these are stated within the product description.
If your delivery details are incorrect and as a consequence the parcel is returned to us, you will be charge additional shipping costs to resend your order to the correct address. If your order was over the free shipping threshold and you decide to have a refund in instances like this, you will be returned the cost of your order less the shipping costs.
Your delivery will be shipped from Pop & Punch within 2 working days of receiving payment, unless specifically stated on the product description, or a pre-order is being placed.
If you would like to amend or cancel you order, please email email@example.com, include your order details and reason. Please note that if the order has all ready been processed then it may not be possible to cancel it, but we will always try to help.
We like to try and reuse as much of our stock packaging as possible, so please excuse our appreance sometimes. What is inside the box is still the quality product you expect from us.
Please note that if the delivery address you enter is incorrect and you do not email to rectify the issue, then you will be charge delivery again to send it to the correct address.
Please remember we are a small family run business, at peak times, your orders can take up to 2 working days to leave us, unless express or next day shipping has been selected at checkout.
